About You…
​
-
​Loves working with children and supporting families through parent coaching
-
Previous experience supervising new graduates desirable (but not essential)
-
At least two years of experience working as an OT
-
Experience using play-based therapy approaches
-
Is eager to learn, hardworking and committed
-
You’re a great listener and team player
-
Compassionate and able to support parents from various backgrounds
-
Flexible, practical, and goes above & beyond for families to ensure amazing outcomes
What you’ll be doing…
​
-
4 days per week client facing, 1 day management
-
Provide combination of 1:1 and group supervision/training to 3-5 junior OTs
Managing a clinical caseload with primary focus on:
​
-
Early intervention for Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delay, and other developmental/genetic conditions
-
Assessment and intervention for gross/fine motor skills, sensory/emotional regulation, self-care skills
-
School readiness
-
Development of play and social skills using neurodiversity affirming strategies & approaches
-
Opportunity to facilitate our innovate group programs (school readiness, early play, dance & music)

​Clinical based role only – no mobile work so there is no travel involved
