Clinical Director of OT/Senior Occupational Therapist
(Clinic Based Role)

About You…

​

  • ​Loves working with children and supporting families through parent coaching

  • Previous experience supervising new graduates desirable (but not essential)

  • At least two years of experience working as an OT

  • Experience using play-based therapy approaches

  • Is eager to learn, hardworking and committed

  • You’re a great listener and team player

  • Compassionate and able to support parents from various backgrounds

  • Flexible, practical, and goes above & beyond for families to ensure amazing outcomes

 

What you’ll be doing…

​

  • 4 days per week client facing, 1 day management 

  • Provide combination of 1:1 and group supervision/training to 3-5 junior OTs 

 

Managing a clinical caseload with primary focus on:

​

  • Early intervention for Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delay, and other developmental/genetic conditions

  • Assessment and intervention for gross/fine motor skills, sensory/emotional regulation, self-care skills

  • School readiness

  • Development of play and social skills using neurodiversity affirming strategies & approaches 

  • Opportunity to facilitate our innovate group programs (school readiness, early play, dance & music)
