  • Alex holds a Bach of Applied Science and Master of Speech Pathology from La Trobe University, and has 3 years of experience working as a Paediatric Speech Pathologist.
  • Throughout this time, Alex has developed strong expertise in delivering high-quality care and supporting and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Alex has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Down syndrome, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, various genetic conditions, stroke patients, dyslexia, as well as Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD)
  • She has a particular interest in Literacy, Stuttering and Childhood Apraxia of Speech

As a Clinical Supervisor, Alex: 
  • Provides education and clinical supervision to university students
  • Creates and overlooks the running of group programs run at Zanda
  • Provides education to junior Zanda staff
  • Promotes evidence-based, client-centered care
  • Builds strong relationships with clients and families
