Ella

Speech Pathologist

Ella is a warm, compassionate Speech Pathologist dedicated to helping children and their families thrive. She works across a broad range of areas, including speech, language, social communication, fluency and literacy, and is also an SOS-trained feeding therapist with additional training in the assessment and management of paediatric feeding challenges.

Ella brings a thoughtful, strengths-based approach to every session. She believes real progress happens when therapy extends beyond the clinic and into children's everyday lives, which is why she values close, collaborative partnerships with families and educators. A true child at heart, Ella is known for her playful, engaging and responsive style, tailoring each session to a child's unique strengths, interests and goals so they feel safe and supported to communicate in ways that feel authentic to them.

Alongside her clinical work, Ella is a Casual Academic at La Trobe University, where she contributes to clinical research. Her special interests include supporting neurodiverse children and their families, working with children and adolescents who stutter, and paediatric feeding.
