Mel

Mel is Zara's virtual assistant, providing day-to-day administrative and accounts support to keep Zanda running smoothly behind the scenes. With two decades experience, she She manages accounts payable and receivable, oversees administrative processes, and handles reporting to help the clinic operate efficiently.

With extensive experience behind the desk and as a Mum accessing services for her child, Mel is passionate about building efficient workflows that free up clinicians to focus on what they do best — supporting clients and their families.

Outside of work, Mel lives with her partner and two sons on The Central Coast NSW. She loves live music, is part of a book club, and loves being able to work from her home office with bushland on one side and water on the other.
