- Xania holds a Bach of Arts majoring in Psychology and Teaching English to speakers of other Languages (TESOL) and Master of Speech Language Therapy Practice from University of Auckland, and has 3 years of experience working as a Paediatric Speech Pathologist.
- Xania is a registered member of New Zealand Speech-Language Therapists' Association (NZSTA) and Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Prior to Zanda, Xania worked in a community based role servicing individuals across the lifespan.
